Our first Project, "Bright Futures" started on May the 1st 2025.
This project involves all of our clients under the age of 21, with 3 main goals:
- Subsidise the cost of the personal training sessions, to ensure they are financially sustainable.
- Create a long-term healthy relationship with exercise, whilst providing education on how to navigate a gym environment with a additional need/health condition.
- Host community days throughout the year, getting all the young people and their families together, allowing them to form new friendships and support networks.

This project relies solely on sponsorship from local businesses. We chose this model as it creates even more of a community atmosphere for the project. Donations and Fundraising
We have been incredibly fortunate to have several donations over the two years this project has been running.
When people donate/fundraise for us it makes a huge difference – as we are only a small CIC, this money has a direct impact on all who are involved. Funds are often used to buy specialist equipment that benefits all of our clients both on the Bright Futures Project and outside of it.
